2017 Harry Duncan Letterpress Internship 
is Awarded

Gibraltar Editions has awarded the first Harry Duncan Letterpress Internship to Christine McGuigan. McGuigan, an Omaha native, is a junior at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) where she is a creative writing major in the Writer’s Workshop.

Parenthesis Magazine Cover and Articles

Parenthesis 31, the Autumn 2016 issue of the journal of the Fine Press Book Association (FPBA), features a portrait of Harry Duncan on its cover. Inside you’ll find three articles by or about Harry: the text of his lecture, “New England Novitiate,” Juan Pascoe’s reminiscence “An Apprentice’s Story,” and a checklist of Harry’s printed works from 1939-1997. In addition, as always, you’ll find many more articles about fine printing and hand made books.
